Across our company and in everything we do, our Mission is to make life more rewarding and dignified for the people who use our products and services. Our culture and our Immutable Principles — dignity of the person, service, integrity, and stewardship — guide us in the decisions we make, the ways we interact with others, and how we serve our customers. That is what makes Hollister Incorporated such a great place to work. Read our Associate stories below to find out what it is like to be a Hollister Associate. There is a sense of teamwork and family. It's fun to come to work every day!

When I joined the Hollister team, it was my first job after graduating college and my first job after leaving the military. As soon as I came onsite at the Nashville Distribution Center for an interview, I knew that I would accept a position if I were lucky enough to be offered one. It was obvious that everyone in the building took pride in their jobs and workplace. There was also a definite sense of teamwork and family in the building.

Four years later, I am very happy to be with Hollister as Supervisor of Logistics Engineering. I have held many different roles and have never had a hard time finding opportunities for growth within the company.  I have also come to understand that what really makes Hollister different is that we are a private company with a worthwhile mission.

Our products may not be widely known, but for those who need them, they offer a chance to live a fulfilling life despite difficult circumstances. The sense of pride that comes from doing your job well to ensure that those who do need our products have them at the right time and in the right place is real and very rewarding.

I have a very personal connection to the work we do as well. My father is an ostomate and has used Hollister products for a long time. So the Immutable Principle of Dignity of the Person really inspires me even more because of this family connection. I've never seen him have a leak or have any issues with his products. He walks around every day and nobody would know. He gets to lead a more normal life. So that's personal to me. If he didn't have products that worked, he would be miserable. So, that's a big inspiration for me and motivates me to do my best every day.
